Mark Bittman has a great vegetarian book, I got it a few months ago at Costco for a good price.

The only mexican bread that I know of was sold at the HEB and downtown San Antonio and looked like this:

The only cookbook I own by Mark is "How To Cook Everything." How are is other books?

I totally miss freshly made tortillas. I was thinking about it last night, and maybe you can help me with this, but I used to get these amazing sweet rolls from Mexico. They weren't super sweet, just subtly so, and they reminded me of German rolls (brochen) -- kind of football shaped, good for sandwiches. They were awesome with just butter. Do you remember or know of anything like that??

I think that covers my random question for the day.
